CGH-D1 Gap and Height Control
When entering the spray booth, the work-pieces are scanned by the light barrier. This enables the control system to obtain important information like the height and length of the single parts as well as the distance between them.
The gap control makes sure that powder is sprayed only when there's a work-piece is in front of the guns. In the gaps between or within single work-pieces, the spray guns are turned off.
